Maria Gonzalez-Burgos is an executive leader in Operations and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), with more than 20 years of experience leading complex operations and global portfolios across Pharma, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, and Corporate industries. An architect by trade and a Qualified Professional of Corporate Real Estate (QPCR), she specializes in operational transformation, workplace strategy, and building high-performing teams across multicultural environments.

She is the founder of FOM Solutions Consulting, helping organizations align teams, strengthen service delivery, and optimize the performance of their built environments. Maria also serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Fractional Executive Network, designing scalable operating models to support organizations through growth and transformation.

Her executive background includes directing enterprise-wide IFM services across 14 countries in partnership with global brands such as GSK/Haleon, Unilever, Chevron, and SAP, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and large cross-functional teams. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Maria is an active contributor to the profession, serving on the Board of Directors of the IFMA Orlando Chapter, and as a member of IFMA CFC, IFMA Latam, and ALPFA Orlando — supporting industry engagement, mentorship, and the development of future facilities leaders.
