Join the staff of the Emil Buehler Planetarium at Seminole State and members of the Central Florida Astronomical Society for International Observe the Moon Day. Via powerful telescopes, participants will be able to see the craters, highlands, basins that make up our satellite. There will also be several photo opp areas for visitors to use their phone to take their own photos of the moon! The event is free and open to the public and will take place on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus on the Student Center patio.
