Each participant is responsible to book their own their airfare. Please read our recommendations listed below. 

DEPARTURE – Orlando, Florida to Barcelona, Spain

To take advantage of all the first day activities in Barcelona, we recommend that you plan to depart from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on Tuesday, November 5 no later than 2:00 PM and arrive in Barcelona no later than 9:00 AM.

We recommend booking with Iberia / American Airlines as they are currently offering several flight options from Orlando to Barcelona with a connection in Miami.

RETURN – Madrid, Spain to Orlando, Florida

We recommend you plan to leave Madrid (MAD) no later than 12:00 PM to arrive in Orlando by the evening.

The deadline to register is September 10, 2024. Upon registration, we will provide detailed information regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, and a comprehensive itinerary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for full refunds must be made in writing no later than September 10, 2024, and sent to travel@hispanicchamber.net. Refunds will not be issued after September 10, 2024.
