Your Role:
As an Associate Attorney, you’ll bring your legal expertise and support to a collaborative environment, helping our firm navigate the complexities of personal injury and property claims. You will have the chance to represent clients, handle critical negotiations, and work directly with senior attorneys to devise winning case strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Partner with senior attorneys to strategize and deliver exceptional client representation.
• Play an active role in case settlements and negotiations.
• Stay informed on the latest updates in personal injury and property claims law.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury and Property Claims law.
• Strong proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis).
• Excellent negotiation skills and a passion for client advocacy.
• Knowledge of general law office procedures and best practices.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
