Mayra Nieves is a certified Life Coach, speaker, and women’s mentor dedicated to supporting professional women through the physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and serious health challenges. With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Financial. Graduated with a Bachelor degree in business administration, Mayra understands firsthand the pressure of high performance environments and what happens when a woman’s body and energy begin to change.

Her personal journey with early perimenopause and breast cancer became the catalyst for her deeper mission: to help women feel seen, informed, and empowered during stages of life that are often misunderstood or minimized. Certified by the John Maxwell Team, Mayra blends leadership principles, life coaching, and lived experience to guide women back to alignment with themselves.

Through group coaching and leadership programs like John Maxwell, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, we can transform conversations.  Mayra creates safe spaces where professional women can heal, grow, and redefine success on their own terms, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Mayra was the founder and president of the Fort Lauderdale Hispanic Association for 4 years. Very involve in the FT Lauderdale community with non-profit groups. She was very involved with Cancer association like the Gilda’s Group and many other groups..
