Bring your team together for an energizing Business Wellness experience created for nonprofit organizations, small-business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate teams!

Step away from the daily routine and enjoy an interactive team-building program designed to help you move, recharge, connect, and refocus. Participants will rotate through exciting activities that promote teamwork, stress relief, physical wellness, and a healthier work-life balance.

This year’s activities include:

🏓 Pickleball
💃 Zumba led by a Miami fitness expert
🥁 High-energy cardio drumming
🧘 Guided meditation and mindfulness
🏀 A special basketball session led by Bo Outlaw, former NBA power forward known for playing with the Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns
💪 Wellness activations led by healthcare, fitness, and community partners

Throughout the experience, participants will learn practical strategies to reduce stress, increase energy, strengthen workplace connections, and support their mental and physical well-being! All while enjoying some friendly team competition.

Final Wellness Challenge & Closing Celebration

All teams will reunite for an energizing U.S. Army Wellness Challenge led by U.S. Army coaches. This full-group workout will bring the day to an exciting close through movement, camaraderie, celebration, and one final opportunity to connect.

We’ll recognize team achievements, share key takeaways, and celebrate the winning team—with a special prize waiting for the champions!

🍽️ Snacks and a boxed lunch will be provided, giving you another opportunity to recharge and network with like-minded business and community professionals.
